INSIDE MY DRAWS. FOOD.


'Fail to prepare, prepare to fail'

 A saying i'm not too fond of - but it is true. I always make sure I have a big salad prepared in the fridge so when I get home I can quickly throw something together rather than grabbing a convenient naughty snack (keep your dressing in a separate Tupperware to avoid the salad from browning quickly). 

Get on the lentils, pulses & bean wagon: they are an amazing low-fat source of protein, fibre, vitamins & minerals!

TOP TIP: Add a slice of lemon to your bottle / glass of water:
1. It's a natural energiser and adds great flavour
2. It cleanses the body. The citric acid helps stimulate the liver and aids in detoxification
3. It helps with digestion

  1. I love this! I've been on a bit of a health kick lately and have fell back in love with green tea and have been loving rocket & feta cheese with a light honey & mustard dressing mmmm
