Hello lovely readers! We are so excited to bring to you our second Inside My Draws guest post of our new Summer Series! Today's guest post is from Savvy Annie & her fantastic money saving blog, where she shares the latest deals & her amazing beauty finds whilst always saving those pennies! Sharing her beauty favourites for us, from sample freebies to great skincare favourites, thank you Annie for joining our series and hope we you enjoy Ladies & Gents! Get Saving!

First up: Face:

I bought this Neutrogena Moisturiser (SPF 15) from Home Bargains for just £1.99. It’s a great base for make-up , which I normally follow up with No7 BB Cream (bought very cheaply with coupons). This applies well and gives a flawless subtle look with medium coverage but is buildable. When I want more coverage, I reach for Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation. I adore this and the ‘glow’ it gives to my skin without being too shiny looking.

All rounder Skincare Hero:
My top all-rounder of all time has to be Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream. I use this on dry skin, chapped lip and even on my spilt ends! It’s worth every penny for such a good multi-taking product.

Favourite Blusher:
My holy grail blusher/highlighter has to be this bad boy from MUA (picture at the top). It’s their Mosaic Blusher in English Rose. It gives the perfect amount of colour and highlight from a single sweep. It lasts amazingly well and has replaced my super expensive blusher from Estee Lauder. It only costs £2.50 and is currently on offer. This is a no brainer – Grab it! The same principal applies to the MUA Mosaic Bronzer (£2.50), it gives a beautiful sun kissed complexion without being at all orange or cakey.

Eye, eye:
I always reach for an MUA Palette when it comes to eyeshadow too. My absolute fave is called Heaven & Earth but I also like the neutrals in this one Glamour Days. Blowing these out of the water though is a very recent addition to my collection, namely the Wet & Wild trio in ‘Walking On Eggshells’ which cost me $3 from America.

Lips!:
I like a splash of colour but nothing too overpowering when it comes to lips. I tend to reach for pink or orange tones this time of year from MUA for £1! I also enjoy Natural Collection lippies and I recently picked up a freebie from BodyShop which is handy.

Tools:
I couldn’t be without my brushes from Real Techniques. My favourites are the Buffing brush (for foundation and BB cream) my blusher applies brilliantly with my Stippling brush and eyeshadow is a dream with my Base shadow brush. I think these brushes help give a flawless look to products which might be lacking in pigment or texture.

I am always on the search for beauty freebies or miniatures to try as I find this is a great introduction to new ranges. Here are some of my favourite freebies and samples of the moment.
The Le Volume De Chanel mascara sample is still available free from counters and is THE BEST mascara I have tried in a long time. It is such a rich tone of black and applies a thick and lasting layer with the sizeable brush. I will defiantly be purchasing this when my miniature hits the deck. I got the BB/CC cream samples I picked up in magazines alongside the mini Benefit goodies.  The Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Concentrate is divine and makes my skin feel hydrated and renewed. I can’t justify the high price tag though so will sick to similar, more affordable alternatives.

We would just like to thank Annie for this fab guest post! we will certainly be on the look out for great beauty deals and those all important try before you buy samples! Make sure you check out her blog  www.savvyannie.co.uk & follow her on twitter @savvyannieuk!
