BATH & BODY. THE CHANEL BOX.

If you suffer with a nervous disposition for Chanel turn away now and leave your laptop! Ladies and gents today's post is unlike any other I have shared on LLP before and it because it is a post for you to drool over. Not going to lie, I am drooling already and I own this! To the post and what was in the box...

Back in early January I shared with you, a what I got for Christmas kind of post, it is HERE if you want to read it but you see I slightly failed to mention this box of goodies. Not because I didn't want to share it but because I was worried that I might seem spoilt, as I had already been gifted so many amazing beauty products. This one from my Dad, was just unbelievable. Honestly I was over whelmed when I saw the little Chanel bag sitting near my stocking and still I can't believe I was treated to these goodies.

For so many years now I have been a Chanel No 5, I love the scent, it's powdery, chic and damn right sexy, well Marylin used to wear it hehe so it's good enough for me. I knew as soon I saw the box, it was going to be good! I have always wanted to own a piece of Chanel's beauty range and I think from now on i might just have to start treating myself as these three products make me feel like a glamorous Hollywood movie star!

You want to know what was in the box? Inside their beautifully packaged box, I got three seriously luxurious No 5 body products - a cleansing cream, body lotion and velvet body cream. Individually I think they are a work of art, they are so incredibly beautifully packaged and ooze luxury. For me it is the Velvet body cream, that is the epitome of Chanel's classic elegance. Without even opening the cream, it's box is so heavy, due to the cream actually being housed in a huge chunky frosted glass container with a gorgeous black branded lid. The cream inside is exactly as I expected, a beaut! The texture is actually like velvet, it's rich yet light on my skin leaving me scented for the rest of the day.

Both the cleansing cream and body lotion are heavenly too. I dare not use the cleansing cream, as it is one of those products, well actually, I feel a bit like this towards all of them, I don't want to waste it by using it in the shower. Use for special occasions maybe? It can't be a everyday product hehe, they are just too special to me. I did warn you it was going to be a lush post!! Sorry for the serious eye candy today folks but for now be jealous, as these are sure the nicest beauty products I have ever received and you'll ever be seeing on LLP! Till Sunday lovelies...have a lovely weekend!

  2. What an amazing present to receive, especially from your dad! Unfortunately, as lovely and kind as mine is, I'm not too sure how willing he would be to splash the cash on some chanel for me!

  4. Holy moly these look incred. I'm a coco mademoiselle gal myself, and funnily enough my dad got me a bottle when I got my a-level results (feels like ages ago, but the bottle is only half empty!) It's actually my 21st birthday coming up so I may need to drop some hefty hints... to the Chanel website! Lots of love from your super stalker :P
