The most requested post is finally here! I have no idea why I haven't written a skincare routine for so long. I think it is mainly because I fly through so many skincare products each month, whether that is because I loved it or just that I had to switch my skincare about, as the products weren't right for my skin - it's still my favourite part of beauty writing. I admit, I am an addict and I don't care who knows it. You may have your lippies and nail polishes and I have my skincare hehe! Yes I am protective. So as I am just getting back into the swing of blogging again, I have decided to try and write one of these 'routine' type posts every month, unless the products don't dramatically change or I feel I have already showed you a majority of them. As you also may notice, I have changed surroundings on my blog. I am still getting used to my new/old bedroom so apologies as the photographs will get better.

To my day routine. As it's warming up, I have mixed things up and started using lighter products for my normal to combination skin. To start I tend to rotate at least four cleansers in my routine, just to keep my skin healthy and always gaining the benefits of each one. A new addiction to my routine has been a new release from Nivea. It's there lovely affordable 3 in 1 Micellar Water for sensitive c/o (£3.69, 200ml). This water is light, delicate whilst removing any trace of makeup or daily grime. I usually use this for a serious lazy cleanse or if I am up at the crack of dawn. Along with this I have been loving using another delicate cleanser from organic brand Pai's Camellia and Rose Gentle Hydrating Cleanser c/o (£25.00, 100ml). Made for sensitive skin, this little pot of goodness is a creamy cleanser with calming ingredients such as Camellia and Damask Rose, you can probably tell that this is also a dream for the senses. It's texture is a rich cream, which once you start working into your skin hydrates and breaks down any dirt or grime. It really does prepare your skin for the day ahead. I always recommend this to everyone who needs a basic gentle cleanser with skin loving ingredients.

For a toner, I tend to only use a hydrating toner during the day as an exfoliating one is too much for my skin. The one I have fallen back in love with this month is Melvita's Damask Rose Floral Water c/o (£16.00, 200ml). This water is rich in active ingredients making it a powerful organic hydrating toner with no alcohol or nasties. I just use a few sprays on my skin after cleansing and I usually allow it to dry. For my eyes, I have found Liz Earle Eyebright Soothing Eye Lotion c/o ( £10.75, 150ml ) on a cotton pad and just gentle wipe around and over my eyes. This lotion is soothing, cooling and awaking (enough descriptive words for you hehe!). As I am not always the best morning person, this is the ultimate eye wake up and like all Liz Earle products, it has no nasties and only uses natural active ingredients like witch hazel and Aloe Vera.

Caudalie is back in my life finally with their fairly new Polyphenol C15 serum c/o (£35.00, 30ml) aiming for ladies and gents of 30+, I have been giving it a whirl and I really like it. It is an anti-wrinkle defence serum that gives your skin a whole host of fabulous ingredients in just a few drops. With Vitamin C and Hyaluronic acid, this serum protects you from free radials and pollution whilst giving your skin hydration, leaving you with a plumper complexion.

My final two products are Oqibo Hydra Restore Cream c/o (£33.15, 100ml ) and most important from the lot, my SPF saver La Roche Posay Anthelios XL SPF 50+ Ultra Light Fluid c/o (£16.50, 50ml). My moisturiser is from a brand that I would imagine is pretty unknown to most. Contacted by Oqibo earlier in the year, they allowed me to sample one of their products and I choose a lovely summery moisturiser. Combined with marine extracts, botanical's and minerals this cream helps to hydrate and strengthen your skins natural hydrating abilities. My skin feels plump, healthy and smooth whilst I have been using this cream and really has helped keep a radiant complexion. To finish is a SPF that is unlike anything I have used before. La Roche Posay Ultra Light SPF fluid has a protection of 50+ and it's unique light texture means it feels like you can hardly feel it on your skin. It truly is an incredible product and as they have created the first SPF that is suited to your skin type, you literally can't go wrong.

So there you have it, my June skincare routine. If there are any questions please do just tweet me or comment below and I'll get back to you asap. Of course like everything, these products suit my skin and might not always work for you but I'd like to think a few of them would suit most. Keep an eye out for my nighttime routine coming to your screens on Thursday...
