SUNDAY LOVE. #29. #FEELING SPENDY.

Happy Sunday lovely people. I have a little treat for you this weekend, something to make you drool and get oh so jealous. Don't complain folks as that really isn't a term I use when thinking of moi hehe! A few weekends back, on that one random Sunday which I was free from the chains of work, I took myself off shopping. With no plan or even a destination in mine, I just got on the tube with my debit card and got off where I felt like it. To lazy to change tubes, I popped off at High Street Kensington. A high street right in the busy London capital but filled with shops that are little quiet gems. Not really a place where you would think of for shopping, I was over whelmed how amazing the shops were. Calling all beauty bloggers, the Boots was AMAZING.

First stop was always going to be Boots, as I got out of the station and it was there. A shining beckon. This Boots was quiet, the shelves were neat and I had the place to myself. All those sold out products that you are always dreaming of were there so I had to stop myself so many times not to buy everything I had on that forever growing wish list. In Boots, I was so surprised how many beauty counters there were and as soon as I spotted Origins, it called me over. At the Origins counter, I couldn't resist one of my favourite moisturiser samples - GinZing Energy-boosting Moisturiser including samples of Clear Improvement (£23.00) and a mask that has been on my wish list for years - Drink-Up Intensive Overnight mask (£23.00). I haven't used the moisturiser just yet but oh man the mask was worth every penny. I think it is probably best used to use the in Winter or when travelling as it is so hydrating and in the morning my skin felt healthy and looked plump. The lovely lady at Origins also popped in a few samples for me to try which was a little extra treat and made spending a bomb in one hit a little easier hehe!

The second place I called upon was a haven of food goodness and unknown to me, beauty too. Whole Foods, is a supermarket everyone needs to visit once in a while and I know if I lived close, I'd shop there daily. There beauty section in the High Street Ken branch was amazing. They had such a huge variety of brands from all over the world. I browsed here for so long it was probably unhealthy. Finally picking up two rather expensive but gorgeous products, Antipodes Avocado Pear Nourishing Night Cream (£32.00) and Neal's Yard Wild Rose Beauty Balm (£37.00) which were completely random purchases but I am so happy I picked them up. I have always wanted to try Neal's Yard products and when I spotted the pretty packaging I had to try it in store. The cleanser itself I haven't fully put to the test but in store it smelt incredible, it melted into my skin and was just what I needed. I have almost run out of Emma Hardie's Moringa Balm so I hope this can be a great replacement. Antipodes moisturiser was a complete love at first sight. Its texture is the perfect consistency for my skin, not to light or too heavy but just enough to hydrate my skin over night. I still have these products to fit into my routine but as soon as I do test them fully I will write a new skincare routine.

So there you have it, a feeling spending sunday post for you to drool over! If you have tried any of these products please do drop me a tweet or comment below I would love to hear your thoughts! Till next time folks, happy Sunday!

Hugs & Kisses,
Becki xox
