I always try to listen to my skin and since having a skin consultation, one of my main skin concerns that showed up on the skin scan was my very dehydrated forehead and cheeks. To be honest I never really thought I would suffer from dehydrated skin, as I have always been within the oily to combination zone. Since sticking to a great skin care routine, I would say that my skin has become more normal and less oily. I think the skin scan was a great way of really knowing what was going on and certified what I need to be using. Since then have been making the conscious effort to make sure I moisturise my forehead and cheeks more than usual and get it hydrated again along with keeping up with using SPF everyday. A must ladies and gents!

So when Indeed Labs Hydraluron moisture boosting sheet masks c/o landed on my doorstep, the timing couldn't have been any better. As soon as I got home that day I had to get one of these on my face. With only 4 in each pack, I imagined that they would have to be pretty good to justify the hefty price tag at a fiver for just one. Suited for a moisture boost, this sheet mask with Indeed Labs concentrated hydralonic acid formula, helps to hydrate, plump and put back into the skin 24hours of moisture retention. So I put it to the test...

Once you get over the fact that you look like something out of Nightmare on Elm Street, the mask is instantly cooling as soon as it touches your skin. I made sure I gave myself 15 minutes just to lay on my bed and let the mask really get to work. The mask is easy to apply as it covers the whole face with eye, nose and lip holes so it's easy to position in the correct place. The mask itself is very wet and quite slippery but as it touches your skin it almost sticks.

After the 15 minutes were up, I pealed back the mask and my skin felt cool and hydrated. Like the instructions suggest I just rubbed in any excess liquid and headed straight for my moisturiser. The only way I can describe the feeling of once you put on your moisturiser on top of your skin, is exactly what it feels like when you use Hydraluron, my full review is HERE. Your moisturiser sinks straight into your skin and feels instantly plumper and extremely soft. My forehead felt like silk! Say goodbye to dehydration!

As I have only tried one of these masks, it was a real treat and for a fiver per mask, an expensive treat. In terms of hydration, this has been the best hydrating mask I have used before as my face feels incredible even 24 hours after. I'm not going to lie, they are almost to good to use up and as a regular treat, it's an expensive one to keep up. I want to save mine for a raining day or an ultimate skincare pamper or if your loaded buy these by the truck load and make me super jealous!

Have you tried this sheet mask before? Would you pay the money for an ultimate hydration experience?

  1. I just got a pack this week and I am very eager to try them :) Loved your review Becki!

    1. Its a keeper although if you didnt like the serum you may not like these ones, very cooling and hydrating though xx

  2. I have the serum but haven't tried the mask. It sounds amazing and if I can find it I will definitely pick one up to try! There's nothing better than a pamper session once in a while!
