I haven't done an empties post for so long and since I have had a little blog break, I must say my empties box has got out of control. I have to admit, these empties aren't even from the last month, I have collected these probably for at least the last two months. I didn't want to waste the opportunity to talk about a few of the products.

Starting with a few skincare bits (obviously!) I have to admit, I am sad to see all of them go. My favourite of all of them was the Melvita Damask Rose Floral Water c/o (£16.00, 200 ml). This light spray defiantly got me through a few hot nights and certainly made its way straight into my skincare routine as my hydrating toner. As cleansers go, I am a milky cleanser fan as they are gentle, keep my skin balanced and usually do everything I need them to do. Hello Pai's Camellia and Rose gentle hydrating cleanser c/o (£25.00, 100ml). This cleanser is so gentle, its is suitable for all skin types and melts away dirt and grime with ease. I really loved this cleanser and I think it's a beautiful product. As serums go, I have slightly fallen out of love with them. I just haven't found one that I really love and would fork out the money for. I think this even goes for the lovely light Caudalie Polyphenol C15 serum  c/o (£35.00, 30ml) which I have been using for a few months now and it is a lovely product but I just don't feel like it did anything for my skin apart from a little bit of extra hydration.

As for hydration, I have to say the Vichy Idealia Smoothing and Illuminating moisturiser c/o (£22.00, 25ml) never fails to surprise me on how great it really is. If in the mornings your skin looks a little lifeless, this moisturiser adds a subtle glow, almost a pearlescent glow. Its light and hydrating. I love it and would buy it in a heart beat. This also goes for Trilogy's Rose Hip Oil (£16.50, 20ml). I suffer from alot of scarring from those evil under the skin spots and when I started using this oil every night on my chin, they slowly started to disappear. I like that it is an oil only filled with goodness.

Finally my product, the star of the last few months is Soap & Glory's Sugar Crush body wash (£6.50, 500ml). This monster of a shower wash has lasted me at least 3 months, which as shower gels go, that's a long time. In my favourite scent from Soap & Glory, this body wash is amazing. It smells sweet and zesty, energising and awakening. If you read my post last week about their body scrub, paired with this shower gel, it's a match made in heaven. I am so gutted that I finished it all but with no doubt when I have a Boots splurge, I will be repurchasing this- I love it!

Hugs & Kisses

  1. I love the Soap & Glory Sugar Crush body scrub, it is lovely, and it is what I am using in my shower at the moment.

  2. That is an impressive lot of empties, I keep forgetting to keep mine to do these types of posts x
