I have shared my huge love for the store & Other Stories since it first opened and since opening, my ever growing collection has now delved into makeup. I am not a huge makeup buyer, as I tend to spoil my skin and body more but I have to say how impressed I am with & Other Stories affordable and high quality makeup is.

Lipsticks are always my favourite part of any makeup shopping trip and these two -Melton Sunset c/o (£12.00), a sexy hot fiery orangey red shade and Montagnac Berry c/o (£12.00), a rich purple berry, have a luxurious soft satin texture and are gorgeous for this time of year.

& Other Stories eye shadow palettes also caught my attention. I do love a big palette for my eye shadows but I always find they get so messy and when you use them, they blend into each other and create dust that goes everywhere! That's why I usually tend to stick to single eye shadows and these ones have a high pigment of colour with a slight pearl effect. I tried Cary Brick c/o (£7) and Samite Ruseet c/o (£7) which both have a gorgeous brown tones metallic effect on the eye lids. The colour is really warm against my deep brown eyes and fair complexion.

If your looking for a real pop of colour this Christmas you should certainly try their Kick Pleat Red c/o (£12.00) blush and lip tint. This creamy formula blends easily so you can use it on both your lips and cheeks for a kick of colour whilst your skin is looking that little bit paler than usual. For me I love this bright colour on my lips.

Have you tried any of & Other Stories makeup before?

  1. I love & Other Stories especially the jewellery. I wish there was a store in Leeds, but it gives me an excuse to travel down to London more often (I know I could order online but I love browsing a store too much)
