one thing that I am always on the search for are glow boosting products. I have always suffered with breakouts and when you have dull lackless skin plus spots it looks blooming awful. On the search for happy skin, I have found getting extra vitamins in my diet along with my skincare has really helped start to clear my skin up from all the scarring and left over marks of what was once unhappy skin.
This month, I have been using the new Vitamin C range from The Body Shop that once launched I knew it had to get into my skincare routine, as boy do I need some glow! This new hydrating and glow boosting range reminded me so much of the much loved Origins GinZing collection, which the moisturiser did wonders for my skin especially radiance so I had high expectations.
First up is The Body Shop's Vitamin C Glow Boosting Moisturiser c/o (£16.00, 50ml). This gel like formula is very lightweight and perfect for wearing under makeup for us oily gals. The texture is cooling and does absorb well but for me it tends to leave a slight tacky feeling on my skin, which I wasn't expecting. However, as a day time moisturiser and especially before makeup, it keeps my skin hydrated and looking fresh throughout the day. I would give this moisturiser a go, especially in these warmer months, where you don't want anything too heavy on your skin. It also didn't break me out - so yay to healthy spot free skin.
Have you tried the new Vitamin C range?
Hugs & Kisses
