It's no secret that Caudalie and Antipodes have become two of my favourite brands from across the waters. Their skincare is always reliable and I have never had one product I haven't enjoyed using.

Even before starting LLP, I have always enjoyed giving myself a pamper and winding down whilst watching Towie with a face mask on. Now with more knowledge, I like to use face masks within my skincare routine to help with any specific skincare worries I have or just to boost my usual skincare. These two face masks specifically are two that I cant go a week without.

A pair made for each other, they cover my two main skincare issues, hydration and breakouts. I listen to my skin, see what it needs and usually these two can cover it. Caudalie Instant Detox Mask c/o (75ml, £22.00) is a skin detox in a tube. Made with Pink Red Clay, so yes do this one when your on your own to save the red face embarrassment, the mask helps to draw out impurities and access sebum. During a breakout, this mask just helps balance and calm my skin with it's signature Caudalie ingredient, grape extract and papaya that together helps to soothe and perfect. Unlike most clay masks, this is very hydrating and doesn't leave your skin feeling tight at all. My skin always feels soft and looks refreshed with not a blocked pore in sight.

As for Antipodes Aura Manuka Honey Mask c/o (75ml, £22.99) this is the perfect detox accompaniment. This mask is deeply moisturizing, so after clearing up your skin with the Instant Detox Mask, your skin has the perfect base to gain the ultimate hydration.

Featuring the star ingredient, Manuka Honey, a powerful natural hydrator, this mask is a rich creamy blend of vanilla pod and mandarin, which gives it a uplifting fragrance. I like to keep this mask on for as long as possible as it just feels so enriching and my skin loves it. A good 15 minutes is usually the right amount of time.

These two really are worth the money and although together it is quite costly, they both have lasted me for so long and keeping them in the fridge makes them even better! Have you tried either the Caudalie or Antipodes mask?
