I can not tell you how excited I am about this new collaboration and collection from Kiko Milano this month! I was so excited that I am writing the blog post before I've even taken my blog pictures of the fricking products... and I don't do that hehe! *note to blog pictures...the rest of the post looks incredible! These products were a dream to shoot!

Last month, I had the pleasure to see this gorgeous collection at Kiko's boutique style Covent Garden store. Firstly, the collection that has the most beautiful packaging I have had the pleasure to look at and for such an affordable price! Designed by UK architect Ross Lovegrove, the packaging embraces the sexy womanly body, with it's sexy curves and textured sides, it's a complete dream. The colour too is so on trend being a chic metallic rosy gold! So hot right now and I sure can't even bring myself to throw this makeup into just any ordinary makeup bag! It needs it's own!

To the actual makeup, now I've got the packaging out of my system, I was so surprised how again like the packaging, the makeup is just so pretty. Inspired by travel, this collection brings together a huge range of products from lipsticks to rose gold adorned makeup brushes to giant bakes bronzer's as big as your hands! I have picked a few of my favourites below for you to get a feel of and be jealous of course!

Desert Baked Bronzer c/o (£22.50). The most beautiful bronzer I have ever seen! It is literally bigger than my palm and the case is so luxurious. The bronzer is baked, so it has a silky two toned finish. The product leaves a gorgeous skin kissed tan that I like to wear all over my face, as it can be layered on up to create a darker more contoured finish. As I am quite fair, the lighter shade, Warm Melange is perfect for my skin whilst the rich brown shade Sienna Melange would look stunning on dark skin.

Khaki Brush c/o (£16.90) is one of those brushes that you know from first sight that it's probably going to hide away in your 'too beautiful to use' draw! This synthetic powder brush is one of the softest I've felt, as the bristles are very fine and dense. The rose gold handle is beautiful and is just the right size to hold and use on your favourite product.

Trio Blusher in Lust Coral c/o (£16.90). As blushers go, this one for me feels very high end in terms of quality, finish and the beauty of it. Kiko have released three different bakes blushers each with three different colours of blush in it so you can blend them together or use separately depending on your desired colour. I was lucky to try the lightest palette, with three peachy pink shades that blend together to create quite a bold coral matte hue. Again this blusher is almost too good to use!

Heatwave Lip Oil c/o (£10.90). I am sure more and more lip oils will be popping up throughout the summer but with my love affair with Gosh's Lip Oil (review HERE) I have to say the Kiko one is ever better. Still packaged with the rose gold handle, this lip oil is available in three fragrances, Vanilla, Grapefruit and Coconut. All enriched with jojoba oil, Shea and Mango butter and Vitamin E the oil is light on the lips and keeps hydrating like a lip balm. I prefer the Kiko lip oil, as the texture is alot more luxurious and thicker so it feels more moisturising on the lips.

I am pretty overwhelmed by the simplistic beauty of the new Kiko summer collection and I am even more excited to see what they do next! What you be picking up this summer from the new collection?

Hugs & Kisses
